-Town Barber staff will continue to wear and encourage mask use.
-If you're feeling sick or showing symptoms of being sick, we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointments until your symptoms are gone.
-We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel that you are not in suitable condition to get your haircut or pose a risk to our staff.
-We ask that you do not bring food or drink in the shop.
-Appointments suggested, Walk-ins accepted when we have open appointments.
-If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will count as a "NO SHOW" and you will be charged for the missed appointment. (You will not be charged for a canceled appointment if you call the shop 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.)
-All bookings are pre-paid to reserve your appointment and can be done online or in person at the shop.
-When booking online, your credit card is not charged until 40 minutes prior to the appointment and can be cancelled up to two hours before. You may also pay cash in person to reserve. (Less than two hours notice will result in a "NO SHOW" and will be charged for the appointment.)
-We accept debit, credit and prepay option through our online booking service SQUIRE. (We suggest paying with these options but we will still gladly accept cash for both service and tips.)
